REPEAT-ORDER DEFINITION

Keep the configuration consistent with the order.

Model mix

List the model references and quantity per model. Separate alternative configurations rather than treating the chipset as an ordering code.

Packing reference

State the required pack contents, labels, market language and any brand artwork. Packaging changes need an accepted scope.

Repeat-order reference

Include the previous model and revision, driver package and packing version. Clarify substitution and change-notification requirements in the quotation.

Minimum quantities, price, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed for the requested configuration and quantity. No fixed values are implied here.

PURCHASE DETAILS

Make every model line identifiable.

A mixed-model order needs a configuration and quantity for each line. Keep the packing and repeat-order reference alongside the hardware identity.
